Important: All payments made to e-Lokam Janaseva Kendram are subject to the refund policies outlined below. No exceptions will be made unless explicitly stated in writing by company management.
General Payment Terms
All franchise payments must be made according to the following terms:
1. Authorized Payment Methods
Payments must be made only through our official channels:
- Direct bank transfer to our company account
- Company authorized UPI IDs
- Official payment links provided by e-Lokam Janaseva Kendram
Warning: We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals. Always verify payment details with our official representatives before making any transactions.
Franchise Payment and Refund Policy
1. Franchise Advance Payment
Once the franchise advance payment is made:
- The franchise must be started within 15 days of payment
- Failure to start the franchise within 15 days may result in forfeiture of the advance amount
- The advance payment becomes non-refundable after 15 days from the payment date
2. Offer Price Franchises
Special conditions apply to franchises purchased at promotional or offer prices:
- Franchises purchased at offer prices are strictly non-refundable
- No cancellations or refunds will be processed for offer price franchises
- The full terms of the offer will be communicated at the time of purchase
3. Standard Franchise Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your franchise after payment:
- You must inform the company within 12 days of payment to be eligible for any refund
- Only 40% of the paid amount will be refunded for cancellations within this period
- After 12 days, no refunds will be issued for franchise cancellations
- Refund processing may take up to 30 working days from the date of cancellation request
4. ID and Accessory Payments
Payments made for IDs, accessories, or other non-franchise items:
- Are non-refundable once payment is processed
- If the company determines a user is ineligible after payment, no refund will be issued
- Includes cases where IDs become inactive due to policy violations
Additional Refund Policies
1. Service Fees
All service fees paid to e-Lokam Janaseva Kendram:
- Are non-refundable once services have been rendered
- Include but are not limited to registration fees, processing fees, and service charges
2. Training Programs
Payments made for training programs and materials:
- Are non-refundable once training materials have been accessed
- No refunds for partial completion of training programs
- Cancellations before training begins may be eligible for 50% refund if requested at least 7 days prior
3. Force Majeure
e-Lokam Janaseva Kendram is not liable for:
- Delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control
- Natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events
- No refunds will be issued for such circumstances
4. Policy Violations
If a franchise or account is terminated due to policy violations:
- No refunds will be issued for any remaining balance or unused services
- Includes violations of terms of service, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services
Refund Process
For eligible refunds, the following process applies:
1. Refund Request
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to our support team within the specified timeframes
- Include your franchise ID, payment details, and reason for refund
- Requests must be sent to refunds@elokamjanaseva.in
2. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Within 30 working days from approval date
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
- Bank transfer refunds may require additional verification
3. Refund Amounts
Refund amounts may be subject to:
- Processing fees (if applicable)
- Deductions for services already rendered
- Any applicable taxes or charges
Note: Chargebacks or disputes initiated with payment processors may result in immediate termination of all services and legal action to recover funds.
Policy Changes
e-Lokam Janaseva Kendram reserves the right to:
- Modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice
- Apply the policy version in effect at the time of payment
- Make exceptions at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis
